By accessing or using any service provided by AiLinkAny (ailinkany.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Service Description
AiLinkAny is an infrastructure platform that connects AI clients to user-authorized local computers via Remote MCP, providing MCP Gateway, remote file access, terminal execution, device management, and related services.
2. Account Registration and Responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information and are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account or device access with unauthorized third parties. Notify us immediately at admin@ailinkany.com if you detect any unauthorized use.
3. Authorized Scope and Device Use
You explicitly authorize devices paired to your account to receive AI tool calls through AiLinkAny. You are responsible for all operations executed on your devices and their results. Only pair devices that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use AiLinkAny for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party rights, to disrupt other users' services, or to circumvent security measures. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
5. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are listed at the time of purchase and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
- Refund eligibility: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if the service did not work as described. Renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- How to request: Email admin@ailinkany.com with your registered email and order details within the eligible window.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exceptions: Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds.
6. Service Changes and Termination
AiLinkAny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with reasonable advance notice. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email address or a site-wide announcement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AiLinkAny is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions, AI platform changes, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for the specific operations executed through this platform and their results.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
